1. The service

PanBaidu Downloader ("we", "us") lets you check public pan.baidu.com share links and, for a fee, receive the shared files as a direct download link. We fetch the file with our own account and deliver a copy to you.

PanBaidu Downloader is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Baidu, Inc. "Baidu" and "Baidu Netdisk" are trademarks of their owner and are used only to describe what the service works with.

2. Your responsibility for the files

You may only use the service for files you have the right to download: files you own, files the owner has shared with you for that purpose, or files whose licence allows it. You are solely responsible for the links you submit and for how you use the files you receive.

• Do not submit links to content that infringes copyright or other rights, or that is illegal where you or we are located.
• Do not use the service to distribute malware, abuse material or anything that harms others.
• Do not attempt to guess extraction codes, scrape the checker, overload our systems or get around rate limits.
• Do not resell access to the service or present it as your own without our written permission.

3. Free link checker

The checker shows whether a share link works, whether it needs an extraction code, and the names and sizes of the shared files. It is provided free and as is, and results reflect what Baidu returned at the time of the check. We may limit how often you can use it.

4. Wallet, prices and payment

Downloads are paid from a prepaid wallet balance or paid directly at checkout. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay and are calculated from the exact size of the files you choose. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Wallet top-ups and any bonus credit are store credit for use on this service. They do not expire, carry no interest and cannot be withdrawn as cash, except as described in our Refund Policy.

Crypto payments must be sent on the network and in the amount shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, whose own terms also apply.

5. Delivery

After payment we fetch the files and give you a direct download link. Delivery time depends on file size and on Baidu. Download links stay valid for 72 hours after the file is ready; after that our copy is deleted and the link stops working. Please save your files within that time.

If we cannot deliver a file you paid for, the amount is credited back as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Accounts and suspension

You are responsible for keeping access to your account and email secure. We may refuse an order, limit usage, or suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses the service, or is the subject of fraud or a chargeback, and we may block links reported as infringing.

7. Availability

The service depends on Baidu and other third parties outside our control. Baidu may change, block or remove share links and files at any time. We do not guarantee that any particular link or file can be checked or delivered, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order the claim relates to.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Changes apply from the date they are published and do not affect orders already paid.
