Content Takedown

We respect copyright and other rights. We do not host a library of files and we do not offer search: we only fetch a file when a user submits a link, and we delete our copy after 72 hours.

What we can do

  • Block a pan.baidu.com share link (and every file in it) so that our service will no longer check or deliver it.
  • Delete any copy of the file we still hold and disable its download link.
  • Suspend users who repeatedly submit infringing links.

The files themselves are stored on Baidu's servers. To have a share removed at the source, please also report it to Baidu.

How to send a notice

Email [email protected] with the subject "Takedown" and include:

  • The full pan.baidu.com share link(s), or our download link(s).
  • A description of the work you believe is infringed.
  • Your name, organisation (if any) and contact details.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review complete notices and normally act within 2 business days. We may share a copy of the notice with the user who submitted the link. If you believe a link was blocked by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with the link, the reason, and your contact details.

Knowingly sending a false notice may make you liable for damages.
