What we collect

• Links you check or order: the share link, the extraction code you enter, and the file names and sizes Baidu returns.
• Order and wallet data: the files you ordered, amounts, wallet balance and payment status. For crypto payments we receive the transaction details from the payment provider, not your wallet's private keys.
• Contact details: your email address, if you give it to us for an account, receipts or support.
• Technical data: your IP address, browser type and request times, which our hosting provider logs to deliver the site and stop abuse.

How we use it

• To check links, fetch and deliver the files you order, and run your wallet.
• To send order and support messages you need. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.
• To prevent fraud, abuse and guessing of extraction codes (for example, rate limiting by IP address).
• To meet legal obligations, including handling takedown notices.

Files

We do not keep copies of files you only check. Files you order are stored only to deliver them and are deleted when the 72-hour download link expires. Link check results are cached for about a minute so that repeat checks are fast.

Cookies and local storage

The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your theme choice (light, dark or system) is saved in your browser's local storage. If you sign in, a session cookie keeps you signed in.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare to host and protect the site, Google Fonts to serve fonts, and third-party payment providers to process payments. They process data on our behalf or under their own privacy policies, and only as needed to provide their service.

How long we keep it

• Ordered files: until the 72-hour link expires.
• Order and payment records: as long as needed for accounting, refunds and disputes.
• Server and security logs: kept only for a limited time.
• Account data: until you ask us to delete your account, unless we must keep a record by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

The service is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
